Your input into the process combined with market data gathered then allows us to develop a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine your homes market price.

3.) Pricing Your Home – They say a picture is worth a thousand words…. so having your home in tip-top shape before marketing collateral is developed ensures that your home is inviting for potential homebuyers. We’ll guide you on the areas to improve so as to ensure your home is marketed at its highest price.

4.) Marketing Your Home – Okay, so now it’s time to bring it all together. We understand your home’s market value and now it’s time to get the word out to the rest of the world.
